Healing, Forgiveness, Compassion, and Mercy for Women (and Men) Harmed by the Violence of Abortion

On behalf of our friends at Rachel’s Vineyard, you are invited to two important events taking place in the El Paso/Las Cruces area.

This Sunday, September 12, is a National Day of Remembrance for Aborted Children. Rachel’s Vineyard is hosting a candlelit memorial in the Borderland to honor their children lost to this tragic violence. To attend, please RSVP by texting 915-253-8028 and they will give you the address and more information.

If you have been harmed by an abortion, please consider attending the next Rachel’s Vineyard retreat taking place October 15–17. This is a highly-confidential 3-day retreat for mothers, fathers, grandparents, siblings, or anyone haunted by an abortion, no matter how long ago it happened, which will help you find hope, healing, and closure.

This retreat will be held in the El Paso/Las Cruces area, and is open to anyone of any faith background. Please spread the word to anyone you know who may be struggling with abortion trauma. For more information, please email RachelsVineyardElPaso@gmail.com

If you are outside of the El Paso/Las Cruces area, you can find your nearest retreat at www.RachelsVineyard.org

A couple of years ago, I was asked to help facilitate a Rachel’s Vineyard retreat, and it was a life-changing experience for me to witness both the deep sorrows as well as the profound hope and healing that was discovered by women who had carried trauma from abortions which had taken place months and even decades in their past.

The experience instilled in me a renewed determination to work until my dying day to protect and defend not only preborn babies from the injustice of abortion, but to defend the dignity and justice of women who in most cases have been objectified, used, abused, and exploited by the selfishness of men.

Please join me in praying earnestly for healing and love for all of those who have been wounded by the deceptions of abortion, and for the apathy of our community and nation to continue to be awakened through our repentance and charity.
